For certain commercial applications, when a very high degree of solids is required, High Solid Master Oil is recommended. Certain types of unfinished cork flooring, for example, should be treated with High Solid Master Oil. This oil can also be used when extremely high environmental requirements are called for, as it contains 91 % solids. High Solid Master Oil, available in Natural and White, must only be applied by trained professionals, as it cures very quickly.

240 - Natural Soap

When periodic cleaning is required, Natural Soap is mixed with warm water and damp mopped onto the wood floor. Contains:

Cleaning agents
Emollients extracted from soy beans and coconut oils, which also retain the moisture in the floor, just as quality soap would for your hands. As they dry and form an invisible film on the surface, the floor receives added protection against wear and dirt.

When a floor has been finished with a White oil, Soap White should be used to reinforce the lighter look.

330 - Polishing Cloth

Whenever Maintenance Paste is used, a Polishing Cloth can be used under the white polishing pad of the buffer to achieve a very smooth and silky look. Adding the Cloth will also provide a slightly lower sheen than using a white pad only.

320 - Maintenance Oil Paste

After Master Oil, Master Color Oil or High Solid Master Oil has been applied, one or two coats of Maintenance Oil Paste should be buffed into the wood floor. This oil gel comes in two colors: Natural and White Contains 75% solids. Maintenance Oil Paste is also used for periodic floor maintenance. Coverage: Initial Site Finish - 325 to 350 sq. ft. per tube. Maintenance - 750 to 1,200 sq. ft. per tube.

These oils contain fine pigments in 13 different colors, ranging from Black to Extra White.

WOCA Wood Cleaner is used whenever a wood floor is to be oiled, whether for the first time or for maintenance oiling. The floor is mopped with a mixture of Wood Cleaner and water in order to clean the floor and to open the grain so that a maximum amount of oil can penetrate the floor surface.
